 The company has strong technology force and imported advanced coating production line from abroad to concentrate on development and production of magnetic recording media. The company developed magnetic recording media for floppy disc firstly in China and developed and produced a series of magnetic card, such as payment card for motorway and park as well as cleaning card etc. and gained patents. These products have been in a large quantity provided to domestic and foreign market.
To produce magnetic cards the technology we used is: to prepare slurry with magnetic material, using high precise coating machine to coat the slurry on paper or plastic film in roll, after calendering , then to print and slit the coated media into magnetic card.
Compared with products produced in other company simply to stick magnetic stripe on paper frequently which make troubles of equipments since quality problems, the features of our products are: dense and smooth surface, resistance to moisture and abrasion and no falling off powder, so following requirements of application for customers can be totally satisfied:
