To produce magnetic cards the technology we used is: to prepare slurry with magnetic material, using high precise coating machine to coat the slurry on paper or plastic film in roll, after calendering , then to print and slit the coated media into magnetic card.
Compared with products produced in other company simply to stick magnetic stripe on paper frequently which make troubles of equipments since quality problems, the features of our products are: dense and smooth surface, resistance to moisture and abrasion and no falling off powder, so following requirements of application for customers can be totally satisfied: (1)Writing and reading performance is reliable, error rate is very low.
(2)Resistance to adverse circumstances:: magnetic cards do not crease, no powder fall off even to use and put cards in the adverse circumstance.
